Summer Reading Clinic

TEPD has offered the Summer Reading Clinic for many years as a service to the surrounding community. Students in grades K-8 are eligible for this unique opportunity to improve their reading skills. This summer the Reading Clinic will again partner with the Mt. Pleasant Summer PEAK Program and registration forms can be found on the Peak website.
Please note that students do not have to participate in the PEAK Program in order to register for the Summer Reading Clinic.
The CMU Summer Reading Clinic offers both remedial and enrichment instruction in literacy for students. Each student will be assessed for strengths and needs in the areas of reading and writing. Instruction will then be tailored to each student's needs and interests to foster skill development as well as an interest in reading both narrative and content area materials.
