BILLING

All CMU students are expected to pay tuition bills in a timely manner based on established CMU policies.  All tuition bills are sent to students electronically via their cmich.edu email accounts.  No paper statements are issued. Students are responsible for reviewing semester calendars for billing and payment timelines and then must check their cmich.edu email accounts for the actual tuition bills.

If ARC students are dropped from classes for any reason, it is their responsibility to notify TEPD that they can be re-enrolled.  TEPD does not review class lists for students who have been dropped.  Students who have been dropped will not have grades issued.  Please contact Sheila Roupe at 989-774-3976 or at
arc@cmich.edu if you need to be re-enrolled in classes.

FINANCIAL AID

Financial aid may be available for some ARC students.  Students should contact Julie Wilson at 989-774-7426.  She will help students determine their eligibility and let them know of any applications or processes they need to complete for financial aid.  ARC students, effective in Fall 2006, will now be serviced by the on-campus Financial Aid office.

TUITION RATES

Tuition and fees are determined annually by the CMU Board of Trustees (usually in July).  Graduate students pay at the undergraduate rate for undergraduate level courses and at the graduate rate for graduate level courses.

Tuition costs for the courses listed under ARC IV are based on graduate rates.  Those courses total 31 credit hours.  In order to make a rough estimate of your tuition costs, find the tuition rate for graduate classes by clicking on the link.  Tuition rates are listed on a per credit basis.  Please note that you might be required to take additional courses to meet requirements for your major and subsequently would have addition tuition costs. You will also want to take into consideration the cost of books, travel and any other costs normally incurred by students.
